What are the age requirements for residency?
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a leaseholder in Florida. What utilities are residents responsible for? Residents are responsible for all utilities. What about high-speed internet and cable? Brighthouse and Verizon are available. Please contact the management team or leasing specialist for details and contact information for service providers. What are the average utility bills? Water is individually metered and billed based on actual usage. Electric is also individually metered. Typical bills are in the order of $65/month for 1 bedroom units, $85/month for 2 bedroom units and $100/month for 3 bedroom units. Are washers and dryers provided? For your convenience, washers and dryers are provided in every apartment home. What if I need to use a copier, computer with internet access, or send a fax? Do you have these available? Our Resident Business Center is available 24/7 for your convenience. |
May I bring my pet?
We love pets. Our Bark Park is available for small and medium-sized dogs. Contact the management office for details on Yappy Hour Socials! Are garages available? Some apartment homes include a 1 or 2-car garage with direct access to the unit. We also offer private 1-car garages that are available for lease. Please contact the management team or leasing specialist for details and contact information. Do you have a Preferred Employer Program?
